As a former Federal law clerk, Eric is experienced in unique and challenging types of litigation. Supervising and handling complex litigation and the resolution of intricate insurance coverage issues are only a small part of his range of practice areas. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator for persons who would rather settle their disputes outside of the courtroom. Once outside of the office, Eric often finds a snow-covered westernmountain to ski down somewhere between Taos, New Mexico and the Canadian Rockies to relax. He has been known to bring back photographs taken under extreme conditions; after all, even relaxation involves risk.
